From homemade bows to the World Cup

I'm Abhijit Chandrasekhar, an archer born and raised in Chennai. Long before I even owned a bow, I used to craft my own at home. In 2011, this passion took me into recurve archery, and later to compound, which I shoot today.

Over these years, I secured a 9th rank at the 2013 Indoor Archery World Cup and shot my first 345/360 in the 2016 University Nationals (compound).

I started The Archer's Lab to help new archers pick up the sport the right way and build a solid foundation from day one. It's also for parents: what to do, what to avoid, and how to make informed choices for their children that lets them flourish.

Students learn from a competing archer, through theory and practical sessions, with layers of safety built in to keep the risk of injury as low as possible.
